The Capital Market Law (further in the text CML – National gazette No. 88/2008) regulates that issuers whose securities are entered into stock exchange quotation, are required to publish relevant data and information regarding their business affair or which are related to it, which can influence potential investors in decision making about issuer's securities desposition (price-wise sensitive information) Obligation to publish data and inform other subjects (HANFA, Stock Exchange) is stated in detail by sub-acts and regulations of the Stock Exchange.

The issuers shall fulfill their obligations to publish data by announcing them on their web pages. Some of the announced pieces of information have periodic character (financial statements), while others are announced immediately after information is known.

In addition to fulfilling the above compulsory obligation, the contents of these web pages expresses efforts of the company's Management Board to keep their shareholders and public community informed concerning all relevant data and events related to the company.
