In its work, Bc Institute is guided by the principles of socially responsible business ethics. In our work we promote the principles of sustainable agriculture, economic profitability, health security, environment friendly business policy and social resposibility. In all our segments of work, special atttention is paid to relations with the employees, to environment protection and resposible relationship with the social community. In achieving these goals, we are guided by the internationally recognized standards (ISTA, OECD,...). Through donations and sponsorship we support the projects that promote healthy life style, preservation of traditional values, culture, education and endangered social groups.

We take part in the work of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Croatian National Board for Monitoring Negotiations with the EU and many other associations, initiatives and groups.
